What this all is about?

When I think about learning I start to questioning myself, what this all is about?Where is conscious part and where unconscious? What is the starting point for learning and if final exists? For me now is a never-ending process of thinking, stocking and development…sometimes there are moments when I think “I can close this chapter, is nothing to think about any more…”, but…afterwords it happens that it was only beginning not the end…
Can  learning in our realities be very structured?Who structuring our learning? During TC ‘s we provide this “Learning framework” for participants, but does it finished after TC?…It seems – no, we just give people an opportunity to “taste learning”, to set up “starting learning points”, but also to set up this learning points for ourselves.
Today my puzzles of “TALE Learning” came up to one picture, but is it a finish point?…I think that it’s just a beginning

Sometimes just thoughts and emotions, that’s what this blog is about!

 

Where do I find an inspiration?

I decide to start my learning blog from…things, that inspire me in my work on trainings, things that help me to create learning enviroment for group and for myself.

After last 2 months I understood that:

– Group of people I work with, inspiration comes to me, when I feel group and each person, than in my mind I have a clear picture of what will be interesting and useful for this specific group;

– Surrounding – Nature around venue, inspires me a lot, it may make huge impact to the process and it is biggest resource I can use in work (this I found out on last 2 trainings);

– People I work with, for me is very hard to work alone;

– Music – helps a lot in creation of atmosphere of the Training;

– Curiosity and new challenges
